Real work. Real pay. Your schedule.
Paid project work with startups on your campus. You see the hours and the terms before you apply.
Most of it fits in the gaps.
A typical project is a few hours a week for a few weeks. Every listing states the total hours and the timeline, so the weekly load is settled before you apply.
- Hours are stated up front.
- Remote or on campus, your call.
- One project at a time, or several.

Paid piece by piece, not at the end.
The startup funds the whole project before you start. Each deliverable is approved and paid on its own.
If a founder goes quiet, a 14-day clock approves submitted work for them.

Three ways to get paid.
Cash
Held by the payment provider and released to you as each deliverable is approved. You receive the full amount.
Equity
A share of the company as a percentage, vesting deliverable by deliverable. The startup issues it to you directly.
Course credit
Only where a faculty member sponsors the project. Your faculty award it under your school's rules, and it carries no payment.
A record you can show.
Every engagement leaves a record: the signed agreement, what you delivered, and the founder's approval of each piece. It stays with you.
Your profile is visible only on your campus, never on the open internet.

Plain terms, on purpose.
- You work with the startup directly, on terms you both sign before anything starts.
- Raising an issue holds the project until you both settle it. You can ask your school to look.
- You must be 18 or older to sign.
From profile to paid, in four steps.
Set up a profile
Your skills, the hours you can give, and any work you have done.
Find a project
Filter by pay, hours and skills. Ask the founder a question before you apply.
Agree
The founder offers you the posted terms. You both sign one agreement.
Do the work, get paid
Submit each deliverable. It is approved and paid on its own.
Common questions.
Can I do this alongside classes?
That is the point. Projects are sized in hours and weeks, and you pick the load.
Who sees my profile?
People on your campus who are signed in. Never the open internet.
What if the founder disappears?
The money was funded before you started. Submitted work is approved automatically after 14 days if nobody responds.
Can I get course credit?
Only if a faculty member chooses to sponsor the project, and then it carries no payment.
