Your students are already building. Put it on the record.
A campus platform where your founders hire your students on signed terms, with a console your office controls.
What it does for the campus.
- A reliable way for campus founders, and the businesses you designate, to recruit student talent.
- Cross-disciplinary collaboration across colleges, on projects rather than in classrooms.
- Signed, milestone-based agreements in place of informal deals, so fewer conflicts reach your office.
- Visibility into grassroots startup activity, including ventures outside your official programs.
- Professional skills and a verifiable work record for every student who completes a project.

One place to see everything.
A live view of every engagement, reports on demand, and announcements to students. Your office can also designate up to 100 external users, badged as invited by the university.

You stay in control.
You set the terms.
Before launch the campus decides which services are on: cash, equity, the credit option, designated users. Any of them can be switched off at any time.
You can see everything.
The console shows every engagement on campus, with reports on demand. Nothing involving your students is hidden.
You can end it.
Ask for an export or a deletion at any point, and it happens. Your data is yours.
Credit is optional, and yours to run.
Where a college enables it, a startup can petition a faculty member to approve a project for independent study credit. The platform routes the request, and the student registers through your standard permit.
The sponsoring faculty member reviews deliverables in a dedicated console. The platform never registers students or awards credit.

Put dormant IP in front of builders.
Your technology office lists an invention with a title, a field, a photo and a link. Founders see it where they already look for funding and talent.
Every inquiry routes to your office.

Six things your counsel will ask.
Student records
No roster, no student ID numbers, no feed from your student information system. Grades stay with the faculty member. For credit records, and only those, we act as a school official under FERPA.
Your data
You own it. Ask for a full export or a deletion at any time. Stored in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest. Suspected unauthorized access is reported within 24 hours.
Accessibility and security review
Designed to WCAG 2.1 AA. We supply a completed HECVAT and an accessibility conformance report for the reviews you already run.
Work and pay
The university is not a party to any engagement and holds no funds. The startup engages the student directly and is responsible for how it classifies and pays that work.
Intellectual property
The platform neither expands nor limits your rights. Where a project would use your labs, equipment or funding, ownership is confirmed under your policy before signing.
Age
Signing an agreement requires the student to confirm they are 18 or older.
One semester. No cost, and no obligation afterward.
What we ask
- An executive sponsor and a pilot lead, at about an hour a week.
- Introductions to your entrepreneurship programs, so their founders can be invited.
- One launch announcement to students from a campus address.
What we provide
- A configured, co-branded instance and recorded onboarding for the pilot lead, faculty and founders.
- Up to two optional one-hour calls a week, from configuration to the end of the term.
- A mid-pilot review, an end-of-pilot survey, and a written evaluation report.
A pilot reports startups that posted work, active student profiles, engagements signed and completed, and students left unpaid, which must be zero.
Who you would be working with.

Common questions.
Is this compliant?
It is built for the reviews you already run: security, accessibility and FERPA. We supply the documents and fix what you report.
Does it create liability for the university?
The university is not a party to any engagement and holds no funds. Agreements are between the startup and the student.
Who awards credit?
Your faculty, under your policies. The platform routes petitions and records approvals. It never awards credit.
Do you take equity in student companies?
No.
What does a pilot cost?
Nothing, and there is no obligation to license afterward.
